At Crafting Creations, many of our products are made to order or specially printed just for you. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.

We kindly ask that you review all product details carefully before purchasing, including sizing charts, colors, and descriptions, to ensure the item is exactly what you’re looking for.

All sales are final.

That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue due to a production error, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to review the situation and make it right if applicable.
