Are your products handmade?
Crafting Creations features a mix of items. Some products are printed or designed by our shop owners, while many others are handmade by our 40+ local crafters, artists, and artisans. Each product listing will clearly indicate what it is.

Can I customize or personalize items?
Some items can be personalized or customized in-store. Availability varies by product, so please ask our staff or contact us before placing an order.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because many of our items are made to order or printed specifically for each purchase, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or exchanges.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or there is a production error, please email us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll be happy to review the issue and help resolve it.

📦 Shipping

How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship using USPS and offer the following options:

  • Priority Mail (1–3 business days)

  • First-Class Mail (1–5 business days)

  • First-Class Package Service (1–3 business days)

  • Parcel Select Ground (2–8 business days)

Do you offer in-store pickup?
Yes! When your order is ready for pickup, you’ll receive a notification letting you know it’s available.
